1.1 Lit Letters collects and uses personal information provided by customers for purposes including processing bookings, payments, delivering and collecting equipment, communicating with customers, providing services and managing customer accounts.
1.2 Lit Letters may share relevant customer information with third-party service providers where reasonably required to provide its services, including payment providers, delivery personnel, booking and website providers, accounting services and other suppliers engaged by Lit Letters.
1.3 Lit Letters will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
1.4 Customers may request access to, or correction of, personal information held by Lit Letters, subject to applicable law.

1.6 By making a booking, the customer acknowledges that their information may be collected and used for the purposes described above and in accordance with Lit Letters’ Privacy Policy.
1.7 Lit Letters may send customers marketing communications where permitted by law. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
